Cisco Prime LMS 4.2: Unable to connect to ANi server through Firewall

I have installed Cisco prime LMS 4.2 and able to run topology services from inside the network.

i have done a static NAT on Firewall outside interface for cisco Prime LMS and i can connect to the GUII interface. When i try to run the topology services, it says the ANI server is unable to be connected. i have allowed all the ports but then too the problem persists. No sign of denial in firewall conn table.

Can anybody help me in this matter.\?

CiscoWorks with Firewall?

• If the CiscoWorks server is inside the firewall, ensure that you are opening up required ports. Refer to Installing and Getting Started With CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution 3.0.

• Fixed ports: 43242 – ANIServer and 42342 – NameService

• Random ports: EDS, JRM and all other services – IIOP ports
