Cisco Prime not alerting on cleared events

I've been configuring Cisco Prime to alert on events in particular on up-link interfaces that fail on our network gear.  It's alerting on these and sending out relevant emails, however there are no subsequent 'link-up' emails once the condition has been resolved.  Is there an option somewhere to specify sending emails on cleared events?

 

To note that alarms DO appear in Prime when the interface is down, and we receive the 'Down' emails, and the alerts are cleared in Prime when the situation is resolved, we're just not receiving the emails alerting the link is now 'Up', or the situation has been resolved.
