Cisco Prime Topology Map not auto-discovering all links

We are running Cisco Prime 2.2 and trying to make use of the topology maps.

Some links between switches are automatically showing but not all. CDP is running on all of them and if I run show cdp neighbours on the switches CLI the links are definitely in there.

If I go to the '360 view' for one of the troubleshome ones in Prime, the same cdp neighbours list is not showing. Is there something I can do to nudge it? I don't understand why the cdp neighbours list would be empty in Prime.

Thanks

James

Hello,

There is a Cisco bug : CSCuz64174 / PI 3.x - Missing links in topology with latest DP 4/5.

Symptom:
links between devices are randomly missing.

Conditions:
The DP will cause links to be not detected for devices discovered AFTER applying DP4 or DP5 on a 3.0 System that does not have TechPack installed

The solution is to install Device Pack 6.0 or to use the workaround.

For me, the installation of DP6 not resolve my problem but you can try.
