Cisco Prime VM (PI-VA-1.3.0.20-small) Hangs on Boot after configuration

Just deployed Cisco Prime (Small) to vsphere.  Went through configuraiton, and after configuration and database setup, it hangs:

Any thoughts would be great, I typed in the ncs start as you can see, was just trying to figure out what gives

Nevermind, I have ZERO patience, just takes awhile it appears

I have simillar issue - After our VM crashed, so many window servers are recovered perfectly with no issue but My VM that is running CIsco Prime 1.3 keep on continous reboot...We were able to give the breakdown sequence and it did show up correct host name and login screen - but non of login works..- as soon as we place username - it does not even ask for password - it says incorrect login - right away..

Server team mentioned that I have to rebuild the whole thing becasue we were in middle of upgrade from WCS to Prime ( ia NCS)- Does any way to recover ?
