Not sure we understand the question, Prime is Orchestration tool, not a AAA

with Radius you can do that option - what device is this which you looking to give read only access ?

Hello,

I think you need ISE to accomplish that. Prime is for monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting. You obviously can grant access to the configuration archive in Prime (which essentially is the same thing as read only access)...
