can i configure both routers as master ?
Can you explain what you mean both as master here ?
may be you looking below : (if not please let us know what you looking for ?)
LACP identifies a port channel master Cisco switch for the port channels. The switch with the lowest system priority will be preferred as the port channel master switch. However, the LACP priority value can be changed using the ‘lacp system-priority <number>’ command.
To check the initial priority value, we can use the ‘show lacp sys-id’

Which mean configuring both router with the same priority.? In this case how does the flow works.?

Master not relate to flow traffic.
Role of Priority of SW in LACP ?
SW1/R1--PO--SW2/R2
PO contain 9 port but the max port in bundle is 8
how decided which port is active and one is standby ??
if both select different one then we will loss port and traffic drop
HERE is come the SW priority, the win is select which port is active and which port be standby.
LACP ID also decide by Priority SW.
so it not relate to traffic.

Good one, I had no idea about this trick. Make sense if it works pretty well. Thanks.
