I HAVE ONE CISCO RV042 VPN DUAL ROURTER ,, I HAVE CONFIGURED BUT HEAD OFFICE TO BRANCH OFFICE NOT CONNECTED . HOW TO RESOLVE

not sure what was configured, please verify the config again both the side :

Make sure WAN side each other reachable, check the Logs
