what version of SNMP configured, is the FTD Managed by FDM or FMC ?

from FTD cli can you post below output :

# show run snmp-server

# show run all snmp-server

what is the error you getting from Zabbix system.

have you tried SNMPWALK from Zabbix.

also check have you had any ACP which zone allowed to poll SNMP :
