Cisco switches

I have a Ciscoworks LMS 2.6 implementation that is not able to register a couple of type of switches we have in our network. I have updated the device updated in Common Services and applied the updates then restarted Ciscoworks services and then

deleted the unknown devices and had a discovery run again but still these switches come up as unknown. Here are the model #'s of the switches not being identified.

WS-CBS3120G-S

WS-C3560E-12SD-S

What are the sysObjectIDs from these switches? What version of Campus Manager do you have?

The campus manager is 4.0.8

sys object ID for one of the switch (WS-CBS3120X-S):

RFC1213-MIB::sysObjectID.0 = OID: CISCO-SMI::ciscoProducts.948

You need to upgrade to Campus 4.0.12 to get support for this device. Campus Manager 4.0.12 is available via Common Services > Software Center > Software Update.
