where did you get this Error msg"You are using unsupported Version"
It must be when you are trying to login to the GUI ?
If yes check the if you are using the supported Web Browser. below is the supported list :

For you other issue:
--check your device discovery settings
--check the SNMP Community defined in the discovery settings ..
--which protocol you are using for device discovery CDP ,routing protocols , etc... try using onlt CDP and PingSweep.
