Cisco works - problem adding device.

We have Cisco Works RME 3.5 on Solaris and the problem is as follow:

We have a Pix Firewall which had been working fine under Cisco Works. We changed the IP address of the Firewall and need to update it on Cisco Works.

I deleted the device from CW and add it again using the Import method as I always do. The device went in but when I checked the status, it reported no data.

I can still add other new devices and everything is OK except for just this one. Please advice or send URL on how to troubleshoot this problem.

Hope you would have configured the PIX to allow the SNMP queries from Ciscoworks server, or else just have this command in the PIX

snmp-server host x.x.x.x (where x.x.x.x is the ip of the CW server)
