I am having a problem getting the interface for cisoview to come up. It tries to go to the page and comes back with a page all grey with the word undefined in the upper left. Not sure where to go from here... Please help?
I have the switch configured correctly.

Please post a screenshot of the problem as well as the version of Java you have loaded on your client. It would also be helpful to see the Java plug-in console.

That will not work. You must run this On Internet Explorer or Netscape with Java Plug-in 1.3.1. Note that the CiscoView ADP module is very old, and no longer supported. Instead, it is recommended to use host-based CiscoView as part of CiscoWorks LAN Management Solution.
See http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/switches/ps663/products_tech_note09186a0080094156.shtml for more on using the CiscoView ADP.
