ciscowork Schedule Backup failed

Hi, I am having cisco works 5th edition with rme 3.5, when i tried to schedule my database backup management, it is giving error. "Invalid generations d:\\PROGRA~1\\CSCOpx/log/dbbackup.log. Click OK to return the previous screen and enter a new generations." what could be the problem at configuration, but backup now option is working and giving output successfully completed.

There is a field that you need to fill out for number of generations. What value have you entered there?

Hi,, thanks for reply, Pls find the attachement where we are configuring schedule backup for rwan,but at the screen i didn't find the no.of generations to be set for schedule. Backup path is d:\\program and log path d:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx/log/dbbackup.log, Can you tell me where is the option to set the no. of generations or is there any registry entry for this generation option.

In the screen capture you attached, there are the following fields:

- Backup Directory: this should say something like d:\PROGRA~1\CSCOpx\cwback

- Generations: this should be a number, 3 should be good

That should take care of it
