Ciscoworks and VPN Concentrator 3000

I can't seem to get CW to dl a config from our Concentrators.

I'm using RME 4.02, and it has downloaded one of the configs in the past (several months ago).

For Archive management, it's in failed devices and the error message is this:

TFTP Protocol not supported for VPN3000 TELNET Protocol not supported for VPN3000 SSH Protocol not supported for VPN3000

I've looked on the concentrators and SNMP, telnet, ssh and tftp are all enabled on the Concentrator itself.

Any idea how to troubleshoot this one?

Nevermind, I enabled https as a fetch protocol in admin, archive management and then it worked. Not sure why it doesn't work for any of the other protocols.
