Has anyone seen this error?

Are there other logs I can look at to help me correct this error?

Error Info Code: '4159'

Message: 'Device Error: The copy to/from flash operation failed.'

Action/Reason:

'Probable Cause: Flash copy failed with return code of copyInvalidServerAddress.

Recommended Action: Retry the operation. If the problem persists, contact your technical support representative for assistance.'

In my case (I had the same error code) it was caused by a the cw2000-tftp service which couldn't handle images > 32Mb You can use RCP (or SCP in the new CWLMS 2.5) instead see:
