Ciscoworks (LMS) 3.2.1, Ciscoview 6.1.9 & WLC's

Hello,

I am trying to view my wireless lan controllers (4402 & 5508 models) in ciscoview.

I can see it as discovered and in the list but in ciscoview when I click the link it gives me an error saying I need to update my device packages.

I have googled & searched the cisco downloads without much success in determining which files & where to locate them on cisco ( i have a valid cco account).

The directions I found mention downloading the tar file, extracting it in a folder (cv_pkgs) under the ciscoworks directory.

#1 I am unable to determine where in cisco.com to download the updated package files (i have searched under ciscoview & also wlc 5508)

#2 A clear set of directions would be beneficial as well.

If anyone can get me started I would really appreciate the guidance.

I have recently taken over responsibility for the Ciscoworks & am almost a total nube to the suite. Though I learn fast & have been reading online documents.

'

Thank you

Mike
