Im running Cworks LMS solution on Solaris, all of a sudden my Syslog 24-hour reports and any Syslog Report I run from within Cworks responds with either a blank page or with an error stating No Records found, make sure your syslog is setup, blah blah.
Now, Ive checked the syslog daemon and it is running and collecting in /var/adm/messages
The /var/log/syslog_info is as well.
The Syslog engine under administration shows msgs processed daily...However, I cant get a single report to show data any more and I havent made any significant changes to the configuration...only adding devices to be managed, etc.
any ideas? Thanks in advance.

try to backout your syslog file. If it is to big there might be problems with the parser script. You can use the perl script included in LMS. As I know its called backup.pl or logbackup.pl see the online help for details. It will backup all logfiles that reaches at least 90% of their allowed size. You can adjust this size in a text file called logstat.conf
