Why ciscoworks in endhost in usertracking report  doesn't get all interfaces in switch or routers ?

perhaps you mean switchports and not endhosts? try checking in Reports > Switch Port > Ports

Thanks Justin  but Endhost report give me all details  about switch or router interfaces like(status active or inactive),IP address , Vlan name   so my problem is Endhost report doesn't get  all interfaces in switches or routers

so if you have another way  to get this information please inform me

try Switch port summary report under Campus Manager
