Ciscp PI 2.1 Appliance booting issue

Hi Guys,

I have one Cisco PI 2.1 Appliance and have the DVD for PI2.1 software and trying to boot the dvd from appliance but no hope. when I choose boot fronm DVD/CD gave not load and error! 

How to solve this issue

I didn't see ay thing in my server. Even HDDs LED indicator not lighting! I am fraid about this issue!

Do I need to open it and check hardware connections inside!

It depends. Do you have an active service contract?

If does, open up a TAC.

Otherwise, take a look on hardware. Don't hurt thought.

I opened and changed the SATA slot and worked with me fine!
