class based qos MIB implementation into LMS

Hi,

I need to implement the cisco-class-based-qos MIB into LMS 4.0. Since its an open source MIB, cisco does not offer a download for all the dependencies. The ones offered are fine, but most of the rest I couldn't find. (did a lot of googling, the ones I managed to find fire up errors when I try to implement them to LMS, so I'm guessing they are altered versions.)

Does anyone have those dependencies and provide me some insight on the usage of this MIB?
