CM 5.0 has a feature to report on ports that are up/down ... unused for a period etc.
However when I try to generate a report I do not get any results. The data collection has been run (daily) on the switches.
Any clues as to why?

This data is based on User Tracking results, and the data has to exist in the User Tracking table as far back as you're trying to run the report.

My user tracking settings - the delete is set for 10 days. So shd I not be able to see at least 10 days of history?

You should be able to see ports in the reclaim reports provided the ports transitioned in those 10 days.
