To my knowledge, there is no integration between Concord Software and CiscoWorks. Sure, Concord polls Cisco devices to get performance information but there is no integration. One could configure CiscoWorks to launch the Concord browser from within the CW GUI. You could even launch the NNM browser from CW but that's about it. Concord and CW can be integrated into OV to allow Cisco device symbols to appear in the OV maps and to allow OV to intepret the Cisco MIBS for display in the event browser with meaningful information. The OV to CW integration allows for the CW GUI to be launched from OV and, if integrated with Concord, allows the ability to launch performance and at-a-glance type Concord report information from OV.
