config backup without enable?

is there a way to make periodic IOS config backups without setting enable password in Cisco Prime LMS 4.2 ?

Following is the list of credentials which are required by ciscoworks :

Enable password is not required by TFTP, but it is requried if the mode to connect to devices is configured as Telnet/SSH.

Thanks. That means there is no way to do backups using secure login method.
