Configuration Change Script

Can someone let me know if there is an script that will show when a configuration change has been made and what the change was?

I know you can write a specific script to look for key words and alert on them like "en" "conf t" "wr mem" etc and send an email alert.

but you should have a look @ the below before you start scripting:-

I'm also about to post another question asking if there is script that could send me an email whenever a change is made on router and show me what those changes are? Would you be able to help me with that ?
