Hello ,
I can't configure management port on cisco 3850 .I want to be able to assign an ip and remote in via ssh or telnet to turn ports on and off.I didnt find any documentation about it.Thoughts?

Configuring the port is documented here.
It uses a separate VRF, mgmtVRF. The VRF must also be configured with a default route and gateway.
