How to configure RCP in CATOS Switch ? I require to use this protocol for the CiscoWork server to download software to all the network devices. I can't use the tftp protocol for this task because in our environment, we have block the tftp port in all our routers. Can anyone help to answer my question ?

As I know RCP is not supported on CatOS. But you can use telnet or ssh for Software Management (SWIM). Here is a link how to configure it on IOS:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk583/tk617/technologies_tech_note09186a00800949e2.shtml
and on CatOS:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk583/tk617/technologies_tech_note09186a0080094314.shtml
and here the details on protocols used in RME:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/cscowork/ps2073/products_tech_note09186a00800a6103.shtml
and here are IOS devices that do not support RCP:
"If you have selected the rcp preference in Edit Preferences, SWIM uses rcp to transfer images (to upload and download) to Cisco IOS® Software devices that support CISCO-FLASH-MIB. Cisco Catalyst 5500/5000 switches and Cisco 700 series devices do not support rcp. Cisco IOS devices that do not support rcp include the Cisco 7000 series (route processor [RP]-based 7000 only) and MC3810. All other Cisco IOS devices support the rcp protocol. SWIM always uses the TFTP protocol for configuration file updates on Cisco IOS devices."

I thought the transport protocol for SWIM is only supported by tftp and rcp. Telnet and SSH are only applicable in configuration management and are not supported by SWIM. Am I right ? If not , how to configure using telnet as transport protocol for SWIM.

Please see the third link MArtin provided, SWIM uses Telnet/ssh/SNMP RO/RW.
To configure CW2K>RME>Administration>Configuration>Management>
Ensure General Setup and Configuration Job Setup are configured to use the protocols in the order you want.
Still in RME>Administration> Drop down to Software Management>Edit Preferences and ensure "Use RCP for image transfer(When applicable)" is enabled.
Finally, ensure you have the correct device attributes configured for each device:
RME>Administration>Inventory>View Check Results
or Import Status
or you can export the RME database to a .csv file and look at it in a spreadsheet application.
