Could not access AnyConnect VPN Portal From internet

Hi All

    I want to enable VPN on my ASA Server, it had configure SSL VPN , and Because the default port conflict ADSM , so I mofigied the SSL VPN Port from 443 to 4443.

    after setting , I could see the AnyConnect Web Portal from Local LAN , but I could not see the portal from internet....no matter https://ServerIP or https://ServerIP:4443

     I try to clear VPN setting and re-set the procedure again...but got the same result....

Who has similar issue or experience could let me know how to fix the issue to let user who locate internet could see the web page ??
