CPI 3.1.4 - email notification issue

Hi All,

is it possible in CPI 3.1.4 to receive email notification only from a group that i've created under 'user defined' and not from others?

i've tried to use the suppress option in the Alarm Policy but i'm still getting an emails from devices from others group.

as per of understanding CPI only alarm can trigger an email notification, is that correct?

cause although i'm not getting an alarm from the devices that are in suppress i'm still getting from there an email, after checking i found out that i'm getting an event from the device, can it possible that the event trigger the email?

yes correct, that is how it should work.

in version 3.1.3 i was hit  at the same bug as you describing.

but for me there disapperet after i update to 3.1.4

if i used the application search, i could find the alarm in the system even thouge they didnt show in alarm and event.

only alarm should be able to make email notification :)
