To connect to the url "https", you will need to enable SSL in CW2K. Note that if other non-SSL compliant applications such as DFM are installed on the same server as RME3.5, you will not be able to enable SSL and will therefore not be able to connect to "https".
You can enable SSL by going to: Server Config-->Admin-->Security Mgt-->Enable/Disable SSL
