Create .csv for bulk import

I'm having trouble creating a .csv for bulk import into Common Services of Ciscoworks. What is the easiest way? I keep getting "Invalid file format" when I use a .csv created from excel

The easiest method is to export to file first and then use wordpad to add more entries. Save as text file (no special formatting).

Add one device to CiscoWorks manually, and then export from CiscoWorks. This will provide a file with the proper format.
