Critical Error

A newly installed Ciscoworks platform, When trying to run a database backup or access any RME options i get the following error.

Critical Error

Authorization error. An invalid response was received from the authorization servlet. Try logging in again.

I am logging in with full admin rights. I have checked the cmf/ani/rme database file odbc.tmplorig and the UID and PWD are set as per my other working platform. Any ideas what is causing this error?

address of the server? As authorization servlet is JAVA related, try to clear the browsers´cache as well as the cache of JAVA. Restart the browser and try to login with http://127.0.0.1:1741

If your platform is solaris also check access rights for the backup dir. Make sure "casuser" has full access.
