I am using a Cisco 4321 as terminal server running 17.03.04a using a NIM-16a and octupus cable to Catalyst 9000 switches. I SSH onto the terminal server and then use the menu command to connect to the switches.

<CTRL>+<SHFT>+<6> then <X>. To clear a connection to begin

I only have access to PuTTY 0.76 and CTRL+SHIFT+6 X doesn't kill the session on the target switch and return to the terminal server. If I leave it the connection timesout and returns to the terminal server.
According to all the documentation I have read CTRL+SHIFT+6 X should work. That is what is in all documentation
