CUOM 2.2 Service Level View problem

Hi

I have strange issue in CUOM Service Level View. When I click on the device I was able to right-click and use menu to choose few settings. Now when I right-click I can see only Delete Device, Settings, Global Settings and About. It was previously running fine, I suppose that client has done the flash upgrade to new version and something might happen with flash reader. Can you please advise ?

SLV depends a lot on the availability of the publisher callmanager. It obtains most info from there.

Try to rediscover this device and see if it reaches the monitored level.

If that works fine you may also want to stop and start SIR  and Topo Server processes.
