Hi,
I have installed CUOM 2.2 with Service Monitor in the same server.
I have configured the Data Source Credentiel for SM to obtain the data from Call Manager, So:
- I have added a new CDR management in CUCM with path /home/smuser/ and account that have all privillage (as montionned in UserGuide SM);
- I have added a new data source credentiel in Coum Server with result "Success" in both HTTP/S and CDR/CDRM DB
- I have configured CUCM as montionned in UserGuide SM.
- But, in "Monitored Phones" Tab I have 0 Known Phone count !! (all CUCM and IP phones are monitored)
I noticed that the CDR are put it in "C:\Program Files\CSCOpx\qovr\preserve" but the reports can't generated (Report -> CVTQ -> Diagnostic)
Please, any body have any idea to resolve this problem?
how can I have the Phones in "Monitored Phones" Tab?
Thanks in advanced,
Best Regards,
Omar YUNSI

What version of CUOM, CUCM, and CUSM are you running?
Can you try running the reports using *.*.*.* and let me know the results?
Get me the screenshot from: CUSM --> Configuration --> Monitored Phones
Attach the logs in zip format from: C:\Progra~1\Cscopx\log\qovr

Hi Nael,
Thanks for your answer.
The version of CUOM and SM is 2.2 and CUCM 7.1.5
Yes, I am running the reports using *.*.*.* and Mos Value equal 5 but no report generated.
In CUSM --> Configuration --> Monitored Phones I have 0 phone see the attached file.
I found a lot of folder and files under C:\Progra~1\Cscopx\log\qovr, so please, can you indicate me which file you need?
Thanks for your help and I am waiting for your proposition.

Can you also post the screenshot of the BUILD ID:
- CUOM Home page > Cisco works > Common services > Software Update > Cisco Unified Operations Manager. This should open a new window. At the very top, there would be a BUILDID.

Hi,
What switches are your phones hanging off?
Are they supported by CUOM?
Are they monitored?
From memory, Phones won't be discovered and monitored properly unless access switch is supported and monitored.
Cheers,
Tim
