I try to customize mail alerts on Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.1 , especially I would like to change the mail subject because the current one does not allow us to understand quickly what it talks about.
So, I go to Administration/System Settings/Alarms and Events
Then I see that I can check the option "Include custom text in the email subject line" combined with checking the other option "Replace the email subject line with custom text".
But, I would like to use some variables such as device name (or others variables).
Is it possible to do that ? If yes, what is the syntax to use ? What is the list of the variables that can be used ?
