I have been tasked with creating custom reporting from central manager on the caching statistics for the edge devices (ucse blades running vwaas 13K & 6K ovas) when using akamai connect and when akamai connect is not enabled. The standard reporting suite in central manager does not have the flexibility we require.
What are the best practices and tools to achieve this?
My thoughts are to extract the log files from central manager then put them into power bi and try to reorder the data.
Or do i ingest the data into an app like splunk and create reporting out of that?
Apologies if this is an easy question, i am only just getting into this area and any help will be appreciated.
