Hello, is it possible to use IPM to collect IP SLA data from devices that already have IP SLA policies on them? I can see how to add new IP SLAs from within IPM and then deploy them but I want to be able to use the existing IP SLA config on the routers.

Yes LMS 3.2 with IPM 4.2 will allow you to import collectors from a device using ipmcli importcollector with the -source option.
