CWLMS 3.2

I am running LMS 3.2. it does not recognize some of the devices on this network. we did a network upgrade replacing all infrastructure with Cisco Switches. 3750's at the distribution layer and 2960S's at the edge with a 4500 in the core. It recognizes the 4500 and all its modules, it also recognizes the the 3750's are 3750's but that is it we can't do anything with them. It also has no idea what the 2960S's are.

I downloaded the device pack update for campus manager v17 for 3.2 but I'm having a hard time finding instructions on how to install it.

Can anyone help me out with this? Also do i need to update all the components of LMS (Common Services, CiscoView, Campus Manager, Device Fault Manager, Resource Manager Essentials, etc...)

For the 2960S, you need to update to RME 4.3.1, then update to Cat2960 package v6.4 (plus all pre-requisites), according to a previous thread. This is most easily accomplished by using Software Update in Common Services. Update the 3750 support package(s) as well to see if that makes a difference.
