CWLMS 4.0 PSIRT & EoX Reports show no data

Hi all,

I have CWLMS 4.0.1 installed on Windows 2008 Server Std Edition. The PISRT and Eox reports shows no data. I already configured Cisco.com settings with the user account and proxy settings and tested the connection and it works fine. I downloaded PSIRT_EOX_OFFLINE.zip & EOX_SOFTWARE.zip and tried to use the data from this local file but still no data.

Any ideas?

And, of course, I choosed "Local" from

Admin > Network > PSIRT, EOS and EOL Settings > PSIRT/EOX Reports option.
