DCRserver waiting to initialize.

Hi everyone.

After restarting the machine the RME module no longer works. After several researches I discovered that the problem may be in the CTM_config.txt file the following directories: 
CSCOpx \ MDC \ tomcat \ shared \ lib \ 

CSCOpx \ MDC \ tomcat \ lib \ (this directory does not exist on my server) 

CSCOpx \ MDC \ tomcat \ webapps \ rme \ WEB-INF \ lib 

Could someone please provide me the relevant files in those directories?
