Device image missing from Device Summary

Hello, I have a pretty simple problem to understand. We have a very small PI 2.2.0.0.158 deployment, and some of the devices are missing the image under the Summary section. I am hoping someone can help me understand why. I haven't looked at every single device, but have looked at at least one device of each Device Type and these devices don't display image:

Cisco 4451 Series Integrated Services Router
Cisco 3750 Stackable Switches
Cisco 3945E Integrated Services Router G2
Cisco ASR 1006 Router
Cisco Catalyst 3560G-48TS Switch
Cisco 3750 Stackable Switches
Cisco Nexus 5020 Switch

Many of the other device properties appear to be correctly displayed, so I'm guessing that SNMP polling is working. The vast majority of our inventory consists of Cisco 5508 Wireless LAN Controllers, and the images of those devices seem to display fine.

This is a pretty major hurdle in our ability to get off LMS because our networking team claims these images, along with the interface status, are a requirement. I want to provide it, but our PI deployment has gone essentially unmanaged for a long time. And because I am very inexperienced, it's not clear to me if this is a problem with our deployment configuration or a limitation of the current product version. I would really appreciate if someone could help point me in the right direction.

Thanks very much!

Try to installed this device package   ( "pi_2.0device_packs_5-39.ubf"   ) , if not installed and then check the issue.

Thanks-

Thank you for the response Afroz, I wasn't aware of these device packs. After a little digging, I discovered I have Device Packs 1 and 4 installed, and PI sees Pack 5 as available (along with Datacenter Technology Pack 1.0.39 and Wireless Technology Packet 2.2.1.0.0.30). But I was unable to find much detail on these device packs in the admin or user guides. Are they cumulative? In other words, do I need to install only the latest Device Pack, or do I need to install all of them? How risky is it to install these items?

Just installed the latest device pack and check the issue.

hope it will help

Thanks-

Afroz
