Device not in DFM

I have a 3750 that is in DCR and showing up in device center, but it is not in the Device Fault Manager?

If your LMS server is integrated with ACS, read my follow-up posts in this thread to confirm if the devices are properly known to ACS.  If the server is not integrated with ACS, start a new thread for your issue.

The problem is most likely that the device is not in ACS. Go to Common Services > Device and Credentials > Reports, and run the Devices not in ACS report. Do you see your missing device there?

Then you need to add the device to ACS first. Once you do, log out of LMS, then log back in. Then go to DFM, and you should be able to find the device, and manage it.
