Device sensed, but collection failed

Attempting to gather the inventory information for a couple of Cisco Catalyst 2950G 48 EI Switches. Ciscoworks had problem gathering information from one of my switches. I checked if there's any differences in configuration, routing, or IOS versions. No differences except for management IP address.

Inventory collection job reported "Device sensed, but collection failed".

Attached is the IC_Server.log for the attempted job.

What version of code is this switch running?

The switch is running c2950-i6q4l2-mz.121-6.EA2a.bin

That is the problem.  Due to a bug in the ENTITY-MIB on 2950s, they must running 12.1(11)EA1 or higher in order for RME to fetch the inventory.

is there any patch or workaround for this problem?

Our customer can not upgrade the firmware on the devices.
