device status UNKNOWN

LMS - 3.0,

CS - 3.1.0

RME - 4.1.0

After importing devices using CSV, following devices are still showing as UNKNOWN with a '?' symbol:

ASA, FWSM, security-Contexts on FWSM, CSS, SAN.

Switches and routers are fine. I tried for device pkg update in CS and RME, but it says all available pkgs are already installed.

Need help. thanx in advance.

You need to upgrade to LMS 3.0.1, then you can apply updated device packages. The download for LMS 3.0.1 can be found at http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/lms301 .

Upgraded to LMS 3.0.1, still same device status.

'?' for the same devices.
