Hi @ll,
I have a problem with the Device Update on RME 4.3.1.
The LMS Version is 3.2.
When I klick on Resource Manager Essentials in the "Product Name" column or on 826 in the "Device Type Count" column, I get the following error:
type Exception report
message
description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
exception
java.util.NoSuchElementException java.util.StringTokenizer.nextToken(StringTokenizer.java:332) com.cisco.nm.xms.psu.ui.gui.model.action.DevUpdate.getDeviceMap(DevUpdate.java:1574) com.cisco.nm.xms.psu.ui.gui.model.action.DevUpdate.perform(DevUpdate.java:246) org.apache.struts.action.ActionServlet.processActionPerform(ActionServlet.java:1786) org.apache.struts.action.ActionServlet.process(ActionServlet.java:1585) org.apache.struts.action.ActionServlet.doGet(ActionServlet.java:491) javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:689) javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:802) com.cisco.nm.cmf.util.AccessLogFilter.doFilter(AccessLogFilter.java:128)
note The full stack trace of the root cause is available in the Apache Tomcat/5.5.17 logs.
Can anyone help me to solve the problem?
Best regards,
Bernhard

Seems this is due to corrupt device packages. Try the following :
> stop daemon
> remove NMSROOT\CSCOpx\www\classpath\com\cisco\nm\xms\psu\maps\rme*.maps (copy somwhere else)
> run command NMROOT\bin\psucli -p rme -cpf
> started the daemons back
see if the issue goes away.
-Thanks
