DFM 2.0 upgradation problem

Hi,

Pls any body provide me the DFM 2.0 upgradation procedure and give me the place where can i get DFM12x-DFM20-upgrade.pl, bz i downloaded dfm2.0 upgrade kit, but i am not found the file DFM12x-DFM20-upgrade.pl at package. so If any body having that file pls mail me to rajaykumar_78@sify.com,

Also download 'cw-dfm-20UpgradeKit-win.readme.pdf' from where u have downloaded the upgrade kit. It has the procedure to use the Upgrade Kit. And DFM12x-DFM20-upgrade.pl should be available at C:\Progra~1\CSCOpx\bin directory after the install of DFM2.0.

It's in the C:\program files\cscopx\bin directory. I ran it though and it runs for a while then just hangs.
