The DFM 3.1.3 was not oppening the Alerts and Activities, then I had removed it and reinstalled DFM 3.1.0.
After the reinstallation I got error pointing to the AAD.log. The Alerts and Activities now open empty, thats OK, but when I tried to discover the devices on DFM, all got stucked on 10 %.
Any help is appreciated

10% means SNMP contact failed.
Fix the SNMP credentials and if these are good, probably an ACL is blocking access.
Cheers,
Michel

Hi Michel
After I had removed all devices from DFM and discovered them again, they were discovered.
The only problem left was that the All alarms view does not shown any alarm.
As a workaround I created one user defined View that shows all alarms.
For this view I choosed all system device groups.
I gess there is some problem on the OGSserver that handles the groups.
Thanks for your help

DFM 3. sounds too old. You should atleast move to LMS 3.2 or LMS 3.2.1. LMS 3.1 has many known issues.
