When i look at the dashboard DFM shows that there is one device that is unresponsive. I have removed all devices from DFM and still showing one device unresponsive. When i click on the 1 it takes me to alerts and activities. Under all alerts there are not records. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Hi,

Try reinitialzing the EPM database alone, as there may be some stale Entries still exist in the database tables..

procedure to reinit the DFM  database:

1) Stop the daemons:

net stop crmdmgtd

2) Issue these commands from CSCOpx\bin folder:

perl dbRestoreOrig.pl dsn=dfmEpm dmprefix=EPM

3) Start the daemons:

net start crmdmgtd

Check the issue again..

Hope this helps.

Thanks
