DHCP server unable to provide IP addresses to its client on both VLANs.

My end-user clients are unable to be automatically assigned an IP address from the DHCP server.

I'm new to networking so I'm unsure of how to explain my network topology in detail, I'll attach the packet tracer file below.

 - I haven't studied the topology , but for starters check if there is any activity in the DHCP server's logs.
