DHCP service on Switch Catalyst 2960S not working properly

sorry for my english :)

I have this system:

HW: Catalyst WS-C2960S-48LPD-L switch
FW: 12.2 [55] SE5
The Switch's DHCP service does not correctly assign IP addresses to VLAN clients, but not all ...
There are some clients that manage to get an IP and some don't.
Sometimes some clients lose their assigned IP address and cannot recover it.
There are 60 clients and the DHCP pool has 140 addresses.

Has anyone had this problem?

Can you post the configuration and let us know where is the DHCP Server Located and some network diagram how this switch connected in the network

since you have mentioned 140 Clients, this switch only 48 ports where is other device connected where ?

let us know what ports are not working ?
